What are Business Services?
Business Services are a new type of contracts for our customers. The
contracts are sold with yearly or monthly billing. The contracts are automatically
renewed each year and have a 1 year contract period.
The current offering is as follows :
Workservice 1
Designed for the smaller company.
Included services :
- Continuous infrastructure monitoring;
- Bi-weekly remote infrastructure health check;
- Bi-yearly on site infrastructure maintenance.
Workservice 2
Designed for the medium to large company.
The Infra Plus contracts are ideal for medium to large and complex infrastructure installations.
Included services :
- Continuous infrastructure monitoring;
- Day-to-day support on infrastructure and infrastructure related problems;
- Bi-weekly remote infrastructure health check;
- Bi-monthly on site infrastructure maintenance;
- Quarterly governance meeting (« Customer Check-in »).
Workservice 3
Endpoint is our take on outsourced device management for the SMB.
Endpoint is based on the Jamf Pro Cloud MSP program.
Included services :
- Continuous monitoring of the customer’s Jamf Pro cloud
instance; - Basic client security management (macOS and iOS, e.g. password/passcode
policy); - Software patching (macOS);
- Bi-annual governance meeting (« Customer check-in »).
All offers are designed for company without an IT department or dedicated responsible.
